Mr. Luknic has been involved with public education for over 20 years as a teacher and administrator. He has drawn inspiration from his work with students who have experienced trauma. Their stories of struggle and resilience have informed his vision for The Trauma Informed Educator course and community. He was also recently named as a Research Fellow by the Minnesota Institute of Trauma Informed Education at the University of St. Thomas.
